LISTEN TO BOB ROSS.

Bob Ross was paid $0 to make his series. He made a living giving lessons IRL and later selling his own line of paints and brushes.

I apologize for not reblogging him as much but everyone needs this on their dash daily.  Seriously everyone needs this on their blog or wherever.

Do they rerun this anymore or no?

They have Bob Ross on hulu now.

sometimes people who are sad dont always need the “it gets better talk”

sometimes people just want to hear “you are sad, you are trying your best, and it’s okay. you’re okay and you’re alive and that’s a big accomplishment”

because i know for myself unconditional optimism gets really fucking annoying. sometimes i just want to be sad and have it be okay that im sad.

don’t make me feel weirder than i already do in my own skin.

Thaas it

important otp question: who in your otp holds the other back by the hood of their sweater when they’re about to do something stupid

@blackjacktheboss this is an important question

I know the instinct is Annabeth stopping Percy. But imagine Percy having to hold Annabeth back from beating down some guy who makes a sexist comment whole at a conference or something lmao

I feel like athletes will never know what it feels like to practice for months and end up playing for an empty room but will never give up on what they do. Musicians are some of the most dedicated people I know.

And athletes don’t have to worry about giving a perfect performance. People will still pay to see a losing team every week of a season. No one will pay to see a musician who screws up even a little bit on a regular basis.

the best part is that this won’t go outside of the music fandom probably because people who like sports can’t admit this is true

Same goes for painters directors and artists.

reblogging this again

just art in general
